Villa Di Favola, Designed by Chas Architects will be a Environmentally Responsible building, built with aerated concrete block. Tall ceilings, expansive walls of glass, carved stone moldings will be mixed with modern elements to create a French Modern look.

The Formal Gardens designed by Charles Williams of Ciel Gardens add to the magical sense of place. The entry drive sweeps through elegant gates, passes a Provencal guest cottage and descends into a small valley. A romantic bridge carries you over a babbling brook and on to a grand sculptured grotto. A classical formal white garden rises to the main house. Every effort was made to preserve the natural contours of the land and to ensure the architecture nestles in its place.
